I started this piece by cutting up a black and white floor tile for its base. The point is of a Quartz, with many black inclusions running through it. Looks like this little fellow has filled the bag he carries over his shoulder with treasure he’s stolen from the chest! He’ll be fine, if he doesn’t get caught. The little guy, and the chest are from Ral Partha Pewter. I’ve hand cut and painted a base for this piece from a Hardwood, and covered the bottom with heavy felt to protect furniture.
