Wizard Of Light

I’ve started this piece with an outstanding Brazilian Smokey Quartz “Phantom” Crystal loaded with interesting features. I’ve placed some white LED lights under it which, when lit, really shows off all its detail. The Fine Pewter figure is one of Perth Pewters finest. Notice all the detail in this figure, from his hat, robe and even his face and beard. He holds an Arkansas Quartz Crystal in his tight hand, and in his left, a staff tipped with a Swarovsky, Lead, Aurora Crystal, with another in his hat. The obelisk he stands behind is made of wood and a resin material and supports a blue glass sphere. These both are mounted on clear glass over a color changing LED light feature which also creates a “wave” effect. I made the base for this piece from a Hardwood called Corymbia Opaca, or Bloodwood from Australia. The bottom is covered with heavy felt to protect furniture.
