Barad Dur

Another name for this piece could easily be The Eye Of Sauron, but LOTR fans will recognize either.
This is a 3D printed figure with such amazing detail and perfection, I knew I wanted to use it immediately. I changed out the Eye that came with it to give it a more incredible look. It’s got small LED lights inside it to light up the Eye and windows, and the lava at its base glows red, as lava should. I’ve mounted this piece on a fake, black marble tile and then to a hand cut, finished and painted slice of Yellow Pine wood. The bottom is covered with heavy felt to protect furniture. A wonderful piece for LOTR fans.
