I’ve had these pieces for a long time and thought now is a good time to do something with them. The Fine Pewter Dragon  and  rider were created by Ral Partha, and the fantastic black mineral specimen is one of Mother Nature’s creations, from China. I made the point myself from an epoxy resin material. I have countless hours in making this point; first a mold, then hours of sanding and polishing. Then I did the “vine” work on its outside. But the overall finished piece was well worth the effort. Its sitting on a hand cut and finished slab of Corymbia Opaca, or Bloodwood, from Australia. The bottom is covered with heavy felt to protect furniture.
